A. Yes. All of our employees go through mandatory pre-screening prior to working for Command Records Management. Our employees also receive constant training on security procedures.

Q. What type of vehicles are used to transport sensitive materials?

A. Command Records Management utilizes a fleet of single-purpose vehicles to transport documents to and from our secure document storage facility. These vehicles are specially outfitted for the task with advanced security features.

Q. When I request a records transport will my documents be travelling with another companies files? Can I request a direct dedicated transfer?

A. Our document transportation services do sometimes stop at multiple locations during a run. For increased security, clients are welcome to request a direct transfer from their office to our facilities, and vice versa.
